This is a checklist of items that must be onboard when you are operating a vessel in Alabama waters. Please make certain your vessel complies with these requirements. That is how you stay safe on the water.

The Alabama Marine Police discourage operation of PWC after the sun goes down. Not a regulation but it is a suggestion and the Marine Police likes to enforce this one.

Please be aware the Marine Police don't enforce fishing regulations. That falls under the  Fisheries Department.
