FIRST Most Important Rule of Diving | | NEVER HOLD YOUR BREATH! | SECOND Most Important Rule of Diving | | NEVER EVER HOLD YOUR BREATH!! | THIRD Most Important Rule of Diving | | NEVER EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, HOLD YOUR BREATH WHEN YOU ARE SCUBA DIVING!!! | I'm not going to sugar coat this. Holding your breath while scuba diving can kill you. You run the risk of incurring an expansion injury (lung ruture) that could very easily be fatal. Don't hold your breath. If you are not breathing then you should be exhaling. The easiest way to tell you are exhaling is to blow bubbles |
